Terms
This document outlines the operational guidelines, data safety standards, and clinical terms governing our diagnostic imaging services. We are committed to protecting your privacy by ensuring that all physical scans and digital form submissions are handled through secure, encrypted protocols, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality for both patients and healthcare partners.
Terms of Service
Please read these clinical service terms carefully before utilizing our diagnostic imaging facilities
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our diagnostic center, using our website forms, or requesting digital 2D and 3D imaging services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, clinical safety guidelines, and all applicable national laws. If you disagree with any clause, you may not proceed with our scanning services.
These terms apply uniformly to individual patients, referred individuals, and all clinical partners requesting digital imaging.
2. Form Submission & Data Encryption
Your privacy and digital security are our top priorities. Although our website does not feature user accounts or login systems, any information you submit via our online appointment or contact forms is instantly encrypted and protected using industry-standard secure protocols.
- All transit data submitted through forms is encrypted via secure SSL/TLS protocols.
- Your contact info, appointment details, and message contents are transmitted safely to prevent unauthorized third-party interception.
- Patient radiographic records and physical media outputs are never linked to open web databases and are handled strictly under clinical confidentiality rules.
3. Online Scheduling & Contact Requests
When you submit a booking through our online appointment system (currently dedicated solely to 3D CBCT imaging), you guarantee that the personal details provided are accurate and current. This data is utilized exclusively for scheduling and internal clinical registration.
Data Accuracy
Please ensure your contact numbers and names match your official health documentation to prevent errors during your physical scan registration.
4. Prohibited Website Activities
You may not abuse our communication forms or website infrastructure for malicious purposes.
5. Clinical Disclaimers & Diagnostics
Digital imaging is a crucial diagnostic aid, but all outputs are provided to be interpreted by a qualified dentist or maxillofacial surgeon. Radiographic data alone does not constitute a final medical diagnosis or treatment plan.
Please note that:
- Scans are dependent on patient stability; movement during the 9–20 second exposure may affect contrast.
- Our digital systems are optimized for maximum precision, but clinical interpretation remains the sole responsibility of your treating practitioner.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by medical law, our diagnostic center shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental clinical complications arising from a practitioner's misinterpretation or improper application of the provided 3D/2D radiographic data.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless our imaging facility, radiologists, and technical operators from any liabilities, regulatory penalties, or claims resulting from improper utilization or dissemination of our website forms or physical diagnostic outputs.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and all clinical operations shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in strict accordance with the healthcare, privacy, and data protection laws of North Macedonia.
9. Revisions to Terms
We reserve the right to update our operational and security terms to adapt to new cybersecurity measures or health regulations. Revisions will be transparently highlighted on this page.
Utilizing our contact forms or attending scheduled imaging sessions after updates implies complete acceptance of the revised schedule.
